In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how we might work together. There’s no pressure — it’s a chance for us to get to know each other.

Each session lasts 50 minutes. I generally recommend starting with a minimum of 12 weekly sessions, as this allows time to build trust and begin exploring issues in more depth. However, I understand that everyone’s needs are different, and I'm happy to adapt the length and frequency of therapy to suit your circumstances.

Sessions are priced on a sliding scale between £60 and £80 per session, depending on your circumstances. I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call so we can see if working together feels like a good fit.

I offer therapy in both English and French. As a native French speaker, I can provide support in either language depending on your preference.
